An illustrative case of our prowess is a project centered around a Bavarian villa, where the lack of accurate building plans posed a challenge.
The customer wanted to simulate different configuration options.

Through meticulous on-site surveys and the creation of a georeferenced BIM model, we laid the groundwork for transformative solar energy use, optimizing panel placement while respecting the building's aesthetic.

We efficiently approximate IFC / BIM models on the basis of as-built data. These data sets are precisely georeferenced. Location, height and orientation are essential.

We also collect the necessary information on site in order to create an image of the surroundings. This digital twin knows the various influencing factors such as shading, material properties or reflections etc. and provides the basis for all simulations.
